Seedvest acquired the operating license (together with the assets and deposit liabilities) of Password Savings & Loans, a primary mortgage institution licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria in 2007.  Seedvest is in the process of rolling out affordable mortgage services to its customers, thereby aiding them to secure residential and commercial properties through the provision of long-term mortgage facilities.  It is the Company's plan to be in the vanguard of the development of the Nigerian mortgage finance industry, a development that would make funding available to middle class professionals seeking to acquire or build their own homes.
